Fresh Breeze was founded by Tate Wanless, and in 2014, ownership was passed down to his son, Ben Wanless. Ben has worked tirelessly to modernize the company, integrating state-of-the-art software to streamline operations and eliminate the mundane tasks of running a business. Under his leadership, Fresh Breeze has expanded, now employing a team of three full-time technicians. Despite this growth, Ben has remained committed to providing exceptional customer service and upholding the integrity that the company was built on.

Ben’s deep-rooted experience in the heating and cooling industry stems from his childhood, where he worked alongside his father, learning the ins and outs of HVAC systems and customer service. These early years shaped his approach to business, focusing on providing honest and reliable service. Today, Ben is not only a dedicated business owner but also a family man. He and his wife, Rachael Wanless, have two stepsons, Elijah and Bailey, as well as a grandson, Jackson. As a father and grandfather, Ben understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment for your family.
